(Sunrise paddle boarding accompanied by stingrays & dolphins.)

Puente, a simple word with a lot of meaning. Puente is Spanish for bridge. Bridge being a structure to get you over, across, or through an obstacle. Puente is a common pathway for all spiritual pursuits. Chris Mathias is the guidance behind Puente and his puenteros are what make it whole.

(Team CW)

Our local Chopwood team (Travis, Lisa, and I) along with some other friends occupied Chris's spot down in Los Barriles, Baja California Sur, Mexico last month. While we have many floating ideas for the future of Chopwood, our customers, friends, and family it all needed to be put out there, on paper, and in a space that requires tranquility, quietness, and no distractions.

(How could you not relax here?)

As a team, with Chris's expertise, we've got some pretty cool stuff coming your way. Product aside, we've put together a set of We Believes that we'll be launching soon, a few ways to keep you entertained that you'll have to come in to see this month, and just an overall shop vibe to put out there.

(Flora Farms, our favorite grub down south)

Time down at Puente is hard to put into words. And to be honest, I don't want to tell you everything about it. If I've learned one thing, it's to keep some thoughts in just my journal. Whether you're looking for personal growth, business development, or just wanting to check out to check in, a week with the wise is recommended down at Puente. We'll be heading back.

(Gil goes big.)
